Daily voice journaling

Say it, forget it, find it later.

Saylog is the lightweight recorder you reach for when inspiration, errands, or life’s tiny moments pop up. Speak your note, put your phone away, and trust that the words will be there when you need them again.

  • One tap, no fuss

Open Saylog, speak your thought, close it. No folders to manage or rituals to remember.

  • Always waiting for you

Every note is synced and backed up so you can forget on purpose and find it later without panic.

  • Offline friendly

Capture thoughts on airplanes or mountain hikes. Saylog queues the upload and drops the transcript in once you’re back online.

  • Readable in moments

Fresh transcripts land within seconds, whether it’s a midnight idea, diaper update, or grocery list.

Questions we hear a lot

Everything you need to know about capturing, syncing, and revisiting your voice notes with Saylog.

Does Saylog work without an internet connection?

Yes. You can record offline and we queue the upload. As soon as your phone reconnects, the audio uploads and the transcript shows up automatically.

Are my recordings private?

Only you can access your voice notes. We store them in Saylog’s managed, encrypted storage with short-lived signed URLs used only for processing.

How fast are the transcripts?

Most clips produce a clean transcript within a few seconds of syncing. Longer recordings take a bit more time, but you’ll always see status updates inside Saylog.

Can I export or copy my notes?

Absolutely. Every transcript includes a quick “Copy” button, and you can paste the text anywhere or move it into your favorite journaling app.

Can I analyze my history with AI tools?

Yes. Select your entire transcript timeline—timestamps included—and paste it into ChatGPT or any assistant to generate insights, tables, or weekly summaries within the model’s context window.

What happens if I run out of minutes?

You can keep recording and everything stays safely on your device. Transcription resumes automatically when the next cycle starts, or upgrade anytime to unlock more daily minutes.
